CSR is now a hot issue among the business world. Every company is trying to come up with such a policy. So what is CSR? Corporate Social Responsibility.

When companies are making so much profit, laying off workers to reduce cost to achieve better margin, stinging in environment preservation, etc. they are concerned of the bad public perception of them that may affect their business. So they come out with the CSR, at least a policy, but do they sincerely follow the policy strictly. Deeds speak loudly than words. Let us see the deed against the policy.
